Deli Caribbean began trading in 1991 as Wouters Agencies N.V. –as a delicacy Import– and supply business to restaurants and supermarkets in Curacao. The first flights from Europe consisted of specialty cheeses and fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs, with an approximate order of 600 pounds in products each week.

Deli Caribbean has grown steadily over recent years with 25,000 pounds of fresh product being flown in weekly from Europe, South-America (Colombia) and the United States to the ABC islands and the windward islands as well.

Next to the fresh products we also have a large assortment of frozen products.

At present Deli Caribbean supplies over 50 businesses on Curacao and over 70 on Aruba, which includes all of the high profile restaurants, hotels and supermarkets. Deli Caribbean St. Martin is just started but is growing week by week.

With our weekly flights and specialized suppliers in Holland and Colombia, you, as a client, can choose from a side of fresh salmon to a bunch of dill or to anything that your taste requires.
